As the blaze rages at the Buncefield oil depot near Hemel Hempstead after yesterday's explosion, firefighters have begun trying to fight the blaze with foam. We'll have audio from Sandra Laville at the scene, lots of photographs and Neil McIntosh has been finding out how the blogosphere reacted.
Also today, David Cameron will be unveiling his plan to make the Tories' parliamentary party less white and male-dominated. Tony Blair announces plans to give the police new powers to seize criminal assets while Jack Straw comes under pressure over the CIA's alleged torture flights.
Our guest blogger this week is MEP Glenys Kinnock, who reports from the World Trade Organisation conference in Hong Kong.
Also on the conference front: Jane Perrone writes about her experiences at the Global Voices Summit in London at the weekend; while Brian Whitaker reports from Riyadh, where leaders of the Muslim world discussed modernisation at an event entitled "The Third Extraordinary Session of the Islamic Summit Conference".
Today we've got our second exclusive podcast from Ricky Gervais and Steven Merchant, co-creators of The Office and Extras. It says here: "Join them as they trawl the shallow depths of the mind of their co-host Karl Pilkington, a man with the critical faculties of a creationist."
