Arne Engels could be on his way out of Celtic this summer - with heavyweight Serie A giants keeping an eye on his progress.
The Belgian midfielder has numerous suitors interested in his future after a strong campaign with the Hoops where he played his part in helping the club lift the league and cup Double.
Engels, 22, has recently swapped agents from The Team - formerly known as Wasserman - to DWMA as he considers his future in Glasgow.
And according to transfer reporter Sacha Tavolieri, AC Milan have made their interest known to the player's representatives without yet submitting a formal approach to his club.

Engels is tied down to a contract at Parkhead until 2028 which leaves Celtic in a relatively strong position. The Scottish champions do not need to sell their playmaker and would command a hefty fee to allow any departure.
Tavolieri also reports interest down south in the Premier League in Engels with Nottingham Forest already having as many as three bids knocked back in January including a final £25million effort to land their target.
The journalist took to social media to say: "Arne Engels on the move! The Belgian Red Devil recently joined DWMA football agency and wants to take the next step in his career after Celtic FC.
"Several Premier League & Serie A clubs, including AC Milan, are monitoring the situation.
"More to follow."
It remains to be seen whether or not Celts will be more open to allowing Engels to leave but they do have central midfield targets on their own radar.
