Sad news this morning is that Kylie Minogue has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Fans are posting messages of support on her website.
The Queen will be outlining the government's legislative plans for the coming year at 11.30am. Her speech is expected to outline 40 bills, including contentious proposals to introduce ID cards, create a new offence of inciting religious hatred and increase choice in public service.
