Celebrations to mark the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar are getting under way in the Solent. The Queen will inspect an international fleet, and this evening a mock Napoleonic sea battle will be staged (although this time so as not to offend international sensibilities it's the reds v the blues, rather than the British v the French and the Spanish).
