Every adult is now eligible for a Covid jab and the NHS in Nottingham have now confirmed that there is no need to book.
According to Nottingham City Council's website you can simply turn up at any of the main vaccination site without an appointment to receive your jab.
The Forest Recreation site in Nottingham, Mansfield Vaccination Centre on the former Wickes retail site and King’s Mill Hospital are outlined as the main vaccination sites for walk-ins on the Government website.
But further information is available on where you can book to get a booster jab.
Following the news that the Omicron variant had been detected in Nottingham and Essex, the Government said it is looking at widening out access to the booster jabs earlier than initially planned.

The Government has announced that people who are immunosuppressed should have a third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine – this is not a booster, but a third dose to ensure that such people receive the same protection given by two doses for those with normal immune systems.
Letters are being sent from specialist teams at the hospitals to invite those eligible to receive their vaccine. People who are eligible can then walk into any of our vaccination sites with their eligibility letter to receive this third dose. These include:
