Oman extends closure of Salalah airport through Saturday due to storm

DUBAI (Reuters) - Oman will extend the closure of the country's second-largest airport, in Salalah, through Saturday due to an incoming cyclone, its civil aviation authority said on Friday.

The Public Authority for Civil Aviation initially closed the airport starting at midnight on Thursday for a 24-hour period.
