Olympic heroes Paul O'Donovan and Fintan McCarthy continued their dominant form with victory in the Double Sculls Challenge Cup final at the Henley Regatta.
The Tokyo gold medal winners, representing both the Skibbereen Rowing Club and UCC, ran out comfortable winners in the final.
O'Donovan said after the race: "The Olympics is in the past now and as we've been banging on about all week, this is the highlight of our season. I think we peaked on the day fortunately.
"We've had some tough racing all week. It's a good standard here in Henley which is why we like to come here.
"We'll come back here as often as ye'll have us."
Next up for the pair is the Irish National Championships next weekend at the National Rowing Centre, where they will go up against each other in the men's single sculls.
