Olly Murs won’t be ‘lonely’ at Christmas for first time in four years after meeting girlfriend

Olly Murs has revealed he won’t be lonely this Christmas for the first time in four years after meeting his stunning girlfriend Amelia Tank.

The former X Factor contestant has admitted this time of year has made him feel "lonely" in the past, but thankfully new beau Amelia is changing that this year.

The 35-year-old opened up about his plans for Christmas, telling the Sun : “I'm going to spend some time with her really, it's been amazing.

“I haven't had a girlfriend for four years at Christmas, it's been a bit lonely. So this year is going to be great.”

The Voice coach dated Francesca Thomas for three years from 2013 to 2016 and had a brief relationship with with TV’s Mel Sykes in 2017.

Olly began dating Amelia in September and seems very loved up with his new girlfriend.

"This is new for me. I had a girlfriend four years ago but this feels completely different, it feels fresh and feels new.

"They always say when you're always looking for something and then it comes along, this is what it's supposed to feel like,” he explained.

Olly started dating stunning bikini champ Amelia Tank after seeing her photos on Instagram .

The Troublemaker singer and the 27-year-old, nicknamed Tank the Bank thanks to her punishing double daily weight sessions and workout schedule, are reportedly going steady.

It's still early days for the couple but Olly isn't ruling out the possibility of them moving in together eventually.

He said: "We're spending Christmas Day with our families and then we're having our own Christmas together. It's going to be nice.

"We're not living together yet, but whoah, I can barely look after myself! Who knows?

“I’m in a great place and I love being with her so we'll see."
