Olly Murs is reportedly “smitten” after dating newly-single Love Island star Zara McDermott.
The 34-year-old singer is said to have struck up a romance with McDermott, 21, after meeting on a night out in Essex last month.
It has also been claimed that Murs invited the reality star to The Voice semi-final as his special guest.
“Olly is smitten with Zara and it’s not hard to see why,” a source told The Sun. “He tried to make out they’re just mates but there’s real chemistry between them. Now their romance is blossoming into a relationship.”
The insider added that Murs “treats her like a princess” and that he is always “very complimentary” about her.
Both Murs and McDermott are yet to comment on the alleged romance but Murs appeared to reference the rumours in a tweet ahead of his tour.
Murs shared a checklist with “single, in a relationship, dating and married” in a tick box format.
However, the Troublemaker singer coloured the box that read: “Who cares!! Tour is coming! Let’s ave it. [sic].”

Love Island star McDermott has been single since February when she was left “heartbroken” following her split from villa boyfriend Adam Collard.
McDermott announced the sad news on her Instagram, posting an emotional statement about how he would “always have a special place in her heart”.
“I am heartbroken to announce that Adam and I have parted ways,” she said. “I love him very much and will always have a special place in my heart for him and our time spent together.
“I have tried so hard to be the best person I can possibly be and to make it work. Sometimes in life, you just aren’t enough for someone; no matter what you do for them or how much you try to be.”
She has since revealed that the pair are “not really on speaking terms,” telling OK! That there “isn’t a need for a friendship right now”.
