Olly Murs has recently adopted a new heathy regime and the pop-star turned presenter showed off the impressive results in a recent Instagram post.
The star is dating bodybuilder champ Amelia Tank and she recently told how Amelia has inspired him to get into the best shape of his life.
The former X Factor star, 37, went topless to show off his honed frame, muscly arms and impressive six pack.
Olly joked in the caption: "Gunna tell my kids I was a Calvin Klein model."
His fans were left floored by the post and couldn't help but gush over him.
One said: "Ermmm ello!"
Another wrote: "hubba hubba xx."
A third gushed: "You look amazing hard work definitely pays off."
A fourth added: "Holy smoke is that olly Murs ."
Olly told of how he has been training with Amelia, who he first started dating in 2019, and she has had a big part of how good his body looks now.
He said: "I’m 37 years of age and this is the best I’ve ever looked.
"I’ve never had a body like this in my life. Amelia really inspired me to make my body the best it can be.
"We’d get up in the morning, do a HIIT [high-intensity interval training] session and go for runs together.
“I enjoyed pushing myself, fighting the devil on my shoulder telling me to get in my car and drive to McDonald’s."
Olly also transformed his body in in March 2020 - shedding nearly two stone after a knee injury which left him bed-bound and unable to exercise.
Olly told The Sun Online: "I was 14st 3lbs. I'm always between 12st 8lbs and 13lbs. And I'm 12st 8lbs now.
"To be that heavy was not good for me. I did not feel fit, I was having really bad sleepless nights, I was grumpy.
"I just wasn't myself so I'm glad I've got back to where I feel most comfortable."
Last week Olly has had to defend his girlfriend against online trolls who have said she is "too masculine".
The singer proudly watched on as girlfriend Amelia Tank won her bikini champ title and was crowned the overall UK winner of the Pure Elite pro competition last month.
But vile trolls mocked Amelia after the competition.
The Trouble Maker singer explained that nasty comments are unfortunately a way of the world nowadays.
"There must be an insecurity in them — they decide to be nasty because they know that they can never get a body like that," he said.
"But anyone looking at her photos and saying she looks too manly, I mean, what are they even seeing?"
