X Factor runner-up Olly Murs begins his debut album with "Change Is Gonna Come" - not, thank goodness, a Sam Cooke cover, but a feel-good if forgettable mid-tempo track about "standing tall" and all. The problem, though, is that change doesn't really come: the album chugs along with vacant cheer through a series of reggae-inflected songs that don't always make the most of Murs's soulful voice. Other than the slightly awkward stab at scat-singing on "Please Don't Let Me Go" – a number one single despite those badabadebabas – there's not much here to grab the attention.
