Olly Murs looks ripped as he shows off ‘incredible’ body transformation

Olly Murs looks ripped as he shows off his “incredible” body transformation after losing two stone in as many years.

The Troublemaker singer has managed an impressive weight loss after following an exercise and diet regime with the help of his fiancée, bodybuilder Amelia Tank. Olly took to Instagram on Thursday (September 22) to share before and after photos highlighting his dramatic physique change.

The ‘before’ photo was taken just five months ago after The Voice judge underwent knee surgery following an accident at a concert. The ‘after’ photo shows Olly beaming as he leaves little to the imagination, proudly showing off his lean physique wearing just a pair of white boxer shorts.

Captioning the post, Olly said: “Put ya positive pants on and tackle the day. Facts are my knee won’t ever be back to normal but it won’t stop me from [bouncing] around on stage or in life.

“You know who I am and I ain’t stopping for no-one! Hope ya ready for the madness cos I am.”

Fans and fellow celebs were quick to praise the singer on his impressive physique, as TV presenter Vernon Kay said: “Kinda relate to the exasperated look in the first pic on the left… Hard work pays off!!”

Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden said: “Jeeeeez”

Former X Factor judge Alesha Dixon simply said: “Fair play.”

Olly’s comments section was inundated with fans praising him for “smashing it” and looking “unreal.” The singer has attributed his weight loss to simply “eating the right foods,” adding: “You’ve got to help yourself.”

However, he also stressed his soon-to-be wife helped him, too. Speaking to Heart Radio earlier in his weight loss journey, he said: “She’s brilliant and she’s been absolutely fantastic.

“She just gave me that extra little bit of encouragement and she says it’s not up to me to do it, you’ve got to be able to do it yourself. You’ve got to get up to do it every day.

“So I was like, okay I will. So, she did this little nutritional plan for me and I just went out and did it and loved it. And I still love it now.”
