Olly Murs was left led-faced on Michael McIntyre's Big Laughs as an Uber driver failed to recognise the star.
The pop legend, 36, appeared as a guest on Saturday night's show, but all didn't go as expected.
The Wrapped Up hit maker was gobsmacked when comedian Michael took charge of his phone in Send To All segment of the hilarious show.
Michael was interested in the Uber app, and wanted to test it out for himself.
He turned to The Voice judge and asked: "I've never used it before, is any good? Did you have a nice journey?"

The funny man, 44, then rated Olly's last Uber journey, before booking himself a trip while live on stage.
Chuckling to himself, Michael announced: "I accepted the higher fare," while trying to book London's Heaven nightclub as his destination.
After it didn't work, Michael decided to try and book a trip to Basildon.

To Olly's surprise, his Uber driver Ionut turned up at the studio and strolled onto the stage in front of the roaring audience.
The singer was left red-faced in the corner as no-one had expected the driver to come to the studio.
Michael asked the taxi driver: "So, listen, do you like music?

"If I was to sing, 'Dear Darlin', please excuse my writing, I can’t stop my hands from shaking' - does that ring any bells with you?"
After a short pause, Ionut awkwardly replied: "No," as the singer put his heads in his hands after the public embarassment.
Michael didn't stop there, as he continued: "This gentleman on the left, recognise him at all?"
Ionut once again admitted he had no idea as he shook his head, and the audience burst into laughter.
