Olly Murs has stripped down to his underwear in new snaps, to showcase his new ripped physique.
The Voice judge, 38, shared two photos side by side to his 4.1 million followers, taken five months apart to document his fitness journey.
The photo on the left-hand side was taken straight after the Heart Skips a Beat singer’s leg operation, that led him to cancel his tour dates this year.
While, the second photo was taken more recently that capture his super toned body. The 38-year-old beamed at the camera as he stood in his white undies and showcased his lean muscles.
He captioned the transformation post: 'Put ya positive pants on and tackle the day. Facts are my knee won’t ever be back to normal but it won’t stop me from bouncing around on stage or in life.
'You know who I am and I ain’t stopping for no-one! Hope ya ready for the madness cos I am.'
Olly’s followers flooded the comments with messages of support on his incredible transformation, as a many saying he looked “tour ready.”
This Morning 's Vernon Kay joked: ‘Kinda relate to the exasperated look in the first pic on the left… Hard work pays off!!”
Even the Body Coach, Joe Wicks, himself praised Olly and wrote: “Man is in shape. Get up there boy!”
While Boyzone’s Ronan Keating teased: “Yea mate. Well done. Love it. What tan do you use. Asking for a friend.”
It comes only days after the musician teased his seventh studio album with a topless video on Instagram, where he screams at the camera.
He captioned the post: "Am ready and pumped for what's coming #OM7.”
This would be the first new music the former X Factor runner up has released since 2018’s You Know I Know.
The singer has credited his fiancée and bodybuilder Amelia Tank, for his inspiration to get into the “best” shape of his life.
Olly took to working out with Amelia, 30, in order to stay on track with his new routine and lifestyle changes that included cutting alcohol out for over a year.
He told The Sun: 'I'm 37 years of age and this is the best I've ever looked. I've never had a body like this in my life.
He added: 'Amelia really inspired me to make my body the best it can be. We'd get up in the morning, do a HIIT [high-intensity interval training] session and go for runs together.
'I enjoyed pushing myself, fighting the devil on my shoulder telling me to get in my car and drive to McDonald's.'
Olly admitted he knew Amelia was “the one” after only a few days together on a two-week holiday in 2019, before he popped the question earlier this year.
The couple announced the happy news in a joint Instagram post that saw Amelia run and jump into Olly’s arms, as she kissed him. They simply captioned it: '04.06.2022’ with a ring emoji.’
