Olivier Ntcham has been slammed by the French media as the Celtic loanee struggles to break into the Marseille side.
The midfielder moved to the Ligue 1 giants in January on loan with a £4.5m option to buy in the summer but the switch hasn't worked out at all.
The 25-year-old was hooked at half-time in a shock Coupe de France elimination at the hands of Canet Roussillon and has also been taken off at the break in Ligue 1 games against Lille and Nice.
He hasn't been handed a chance in the Marseille side by Jorge Sampaoli since a late cameo against Montpellier at the start of this month.
It seems certain that Ntcham will be back playing in the Scottish Premiership next season.

In a fresh blow for the playmaker, he been criticised in La Provence in a run-down of the January business at the Stade Velodrome.
They state that "all you have to do is watch the behaviour of the former Atlético Mineiro manager" Sampaoli when Nthcam takes to the pitch.
During his spell at the club they claim Sampaoli "was on the verge of a stroke every time the ball went towards [Ntcham’s] feet" due to "the former France Under 21 international’s inability to seemingly understand what was asked of him."
They note there are major doubts over whether he will be given a second chance at the club before the end of the season.
The exit from Glasgow's east end has been hit with problems since Ntcham put pen to paper in January.
Andre Villas-Boas offered his resignation in response to the signing, insisting he had specifically said no to the deal.
The Portuguese was later sacked but things didn't get better for Ntcham, as an old interview surfaced in which he'd admitted to supporting Paris Saint-Germain.
