Olivier Giroud and the four other players David Moyes and West Ham are tipped to sign in January

David Moyes will make his West Ham United comeback on New Year's Day as they host Bournemouth.

Heading into 2020 with a new man in charge, Moyes will oversee his first transfer window in the New Year.

There could be some movement across January at the London Stadium as the Hammers look to steer clear of relegation trouble.

Here's a round-up of the most likely players to sign for West Ham in January, according to  Sport Nation.

West Ham could look to bolster their midfield options with the signing of Joe Allen.

The Welshman has spent the last 18 months in the Championship but looks like to leave in January.

The Potters are wary of Financial Fair Play regulations and with promotion out of the question this season, they could be forced to cash in on Allen.

Olivier Giroud - 4/1

Olivier Giroud's time at Chelsea looks to be coming to an end, with his contract up in the summer.

The French World Cup winners has played second and even third fiddle to Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi under Frank Lampard this term.

However, Giroud may fancy extending his Premier League stay a little longer by trying his hand with a third London club.

Jayden Bogle - 4/1

Right-back remains a problem area for West Ham and with Pablo Zabaleta coming towards the end of his career, Jayden Bogle could be a man targeted in January.

The Derby County full-back is attracting attention from a host of Premier League clubs and could command a fee as high as £10.

However, at the age of 19, he has plenty of years ahead of him and would provide healthy competition for Ryan Fredericks.

Eberechi Eze - 5/1

Eberechi Eze has established himself as one of the most exciting prospects in the Championship this season with Queens Park Rangers.

With West Ham in need of some youthful creativity, the 21-year-old could be the perfect man to step up to the plate.

It seems only a matter of time before Eze makes his way into the Premier League and after watching James Maddison's meteoric rise from the second-tier, the Hammers could be tempted to take a chance on the young playmaker.

Sofyan Amrabat - 8/1

If it's an extra winger the Hammers are looking for, than Sofyan Amrabat could be the man they plump for.

The Moroccan 23-year-old has impressed in Serie A side Hellas Verona, whilst on loan from Belgian outfit Club Brugge.

The winger has made 16 appearances this season in Italy but is yet to score or assist a goal.
