Video blogger Olivia Jade wrote that she's "blessed" and "proud" to have Lori Loughlin as a mom in an effusive Mother's Day tribute on Sunday.
Olivia, who's been in the middle of controversy amid allegations her mother took part in a college admissions scandal, shared the new message in an Instagram post, along with a photo showing Loughlin holding her as a young child.
"You are my best friend and have held my hand every day for 20 years making it look like motherhood is an easy job," Olivia wrote.
"You are one of a kind. I love you so so so much & cannot wait to give you all the love in the world today & forever," the YouTube star continued. "Thank you for being you. You are the most special person to me. I am so blessed to be your daughter and so proud to call you mom."
Loughlin, who is best known for her portrayal of Aunt Becky on "Full House," and her husband, designer Mossimo Giannulli, were accused last year of paying $500,000 in an effort to get their two daughters into the University of Southern California, allegedly by making them appear to be recruits of the rowing team.
She and her husband pleaded not guilty in the case last year.
Last month, prosecutors released photos that they said show Olivia and her younger sister, Isabella Giannulli, posing on indoor rowing machines.
