Over the past few years, Olivia Dunne has lived multiple lives as a college athlete, student and social media star. With her appearance in the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue, Dunne wants to show people how it is possible to juggle all these responsibilities successfully.
“When people look at my Sports Illustrated photos I want them to take away that you can have the best of both worlds,” she said. “You can be an athlete, you can be in school, you can do modeling, that you can do the best of both worlds and you can be a strong independent woman while doing it all.”
In her time at LSU, Dunne has earned academic accomplishments like SEC Academic Honor Roll, athletic accolades such as a 2021 WCGA All-American and social media feats as one of the most followed college athletes on TikTok and Instagram. She was also the top-earning female athlete in 2022, making over $2.5 million last year alone.
