Olivia Culpo is teaming up with Naadam for a cashmere range inspired by motherhood.
The 33-year-old star - who welcomed daughter Colette into the world in July with husband Christian McCaffrey - is curating and co-creative directing her first cashmere collection, which has seen her design a 14-piece capsule inspired by her own varied lifestyle.
She told WWD: “I’ve always been a huge fan of what’s not only chic, but comfortable.
“I’m also a fan of accessible price points because I want everybody to be able to feel great. So Naadam definitely fits both of those things.
"Their price point is amazing, and their clothes are not only chic but very comfortable, and just the kind of thing that you’ll keep going back to.”
While the collection was a collaboration, Olivia was adamanent about certain aspects of the capsule, which is made up of 10 women's pieces and four men's items.
She added: “I have always had a really clear point of view.
"I knew exactly what I needed to have in the collection, and it’s both versatile and definitely the type of things you’ll keep going back for, both day and night, which is exactly what I wanted.”
Meanwhile, she reflected on the creative process and how being a new mother meant she put an emphasis on being "comfortable".
She explained: “I like to be comfortable and more so now as a new mom [she had a baby in July], you want to be comfortable.”
Olivia previously has admitted to battling self-doubts over recent months since becoming a mother.
Speaking on The Squeeze podcast, Olivia shared: "There's totally a shift. Whether or not you want there to be or not, you have somebody that's physically dependent on you. So, I'm not going to sugarcoat it: Yeah, it's scary."
Olivia has been career-focused for many years, and she worries how she'll balance motherhood and her modelling career.
She said: "I'm just kind of a worry wart that way, like I'm very ambitious."
