Olivia Bentley hosts party to celebrate joining shopping platform

Made in Chelsea star Olivia Bentley hosted a VIP party to celebrate joining a global shopping platform. The 27 year-old Channel 4 reality star founded a sensual healing brand called JOMO, going into business with TV and celebrity make up artist Bella Campbell.

The wellness brand JOMO (Joy Of Missing Out) combines intimate products with CBD to create oils and other products to stimulate desire, increase pleasure, and help with mental health. The event at SoHo’s Sanctum Hotel saw JOMO officially join the brands available on WeShop.

Olivia was joined by TV star Tina Stines and Sexpert Ky Hoyle, owner of Sh! was also on hand to take part in a panel discussion on empowerment and how to be intimate with your partner. Olivia Bentley said: “It’s amazing to be involved in a British tech company that is taking on the world. WeShop is making retail history and I’m thrilled my brand JOMO is part of the revolution!”

WeShop chairman Richard Griffiths said: “WeShop is proud to welcome JOMO to the growing family of major retailers and the 1.2 billion products which are already available via the site. Every single one of JOMO’s customers can now become shareholders in WeShop by simply buying the same items they would have but instead through WeShop. It’s that simple.

“WeShop is designed as a totally shoppable social network that is owned by the consumer. And to show we are serious, we’re giving away over 90% of WeShop to the people who use it. Join the retail revolution!”

The WeShop platform allows people to shop for everyday goods as well as luxury items whilst simultaneously owning a stake. For every purchase the customer receives 20 per cent of the purchase price in free shares in the company.

WeShop has the biggest retailers and brands available on the app across fashion, home and décor, tech and gaming. From ASOS to NET-A-PORTER and Etsy, from The Body Shop to Holland & Barrett, B&Q to MADE.com, PC World to Carphone Warehouse, Nike to New Balance. There are also a number of independent brands coming on board on a weekly basis such as Lulu Kachoo and Bow&Bo.
