Olivia Attwood opens up on Bradley Dack split admitting ‘I cry myself to sleep’

Olivia Atwood has broken her silence on her split from husband Bradley Dack, admitting she has been “crying herself to sleep”.

The Loose Women star, 34, began dating the footballer prior to her appearance on Love Island in 2017.

Last weekend it was revealed the pair had split following an alleged “breach of trust” on his part, a source told The Sun.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Attwood shared her first post since about the breakdown of her marriage.

Alongside a picture of boxes in her new apartment, she wrote: “I keep opening Instagram to post but I don’t know what to say or do? lol.

“Vulnerability is not my bag!!!! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark infested waters.

“I cry myself to sleep then business as normal when the alarm goes off at 5am and it has been like that for a long time.

“But also so much change in such a short amount of time (you know I hate that) (Taurus).

“I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I’m in over my depth for sure.”

Attwood and Dack married in June 2023 in a star-studded ceremony at the Bulgari hotel in London.

Despite her pain, Attwood said she wanted Brad to be happy and said she was taking things “one day at a time.”

The pair haven’t had an easy relationship and have broken up several times – in April 2022, the pair split, with Attwood confirming their break up on Instagram, only to reconnect with the footballer two days later.

In September last year, Attwood admitted she didn’t have a “perfect” relationship with the sports star.

Ahead of the release of the second series of her series Olivia Attwood’s Bad Boyfriends, in which she whips badly behaved men into shape, Attwood told the PA news agency: “Perfect doesn’t exist, and everyone’s idea of a perfect relationship is different.

“I implore the viewers to remember that as well when they watch that.

“Some things that are non-negotiable in one relationship is an OK thing in another relationship, and you can’t write the rules for another couple.

“Brad and I, although we tongue-in-cheek say in the show we are a perfect couple, we’re not perfect people. We don’t have a perfect relationship, but it’s as good as for me.

“And I think that’s the key in life really, to find someone to be your life partner, where it works, you make each other’s lives better, not worse.”
