Ole Miss fans fired lots of trash onto the court after controversial loss to Tennessee

The Ole Miss Rebels came so close to pulling off a stunning upset of No. 7 ranked Tennessee on Wednesday before losing at home, 73-71

Their fans were, well, upset with how the game ended and pelted the court with trash, even as someone on the PA system begged them not too.

Here’s what happened: Tennessee rallied to take a one-point lead on Grant Williams’ clutch layup with just over four seconds remaining.

Ole Miss then had a chance to win it but Devontae Shuler got called for an offensive foul while attempting a deep 3-pointer and fans thought the call should have gone the other way.
