Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told why he could soon be under pressure at Manchester United

Former striker Louis Saha believes Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be "questioned faster" this season because his team lacks any weaknesses.

The Frenchman, who spent four years at Old Trafford between 2004 and 2008, made the admission after the Reds were beaten 2-1 by Young Boys in their UEFA Champions League opener on Tuesday evening.

Despite taking a relatively early lead through Cristiano Ronaldo, United saw the game flipped on its head during the second half, with Young Boys making the most of their numerical advantage, following the sending-off of Aaron Wan-Bissaka prior to half time.

It was a disappointing result for United and one that has been met with a wave of discontent, as it was, in truth, a contest that Solskjaer's side were expected to win and use as an opportunity to lay down a marker in Group F.

Although Saha has admitted that his former United team-mate could "afford" the defeat, he has claimed that the Norwegian will be questioned at a quicker rate of knots this season because of the talent he has at his disposal.

Saha told Sky Sports : "Let's say yes, you can afford to lose, because there are still games to recover from that and it is a game to learn [from] and that they still have to improve. They need to raise their game and they improve their lack of concentration.

"It is all about getting things better. Ole is still a young manager, where you always look for a new mistake for him. It is unrealistic.

"I do think that he will be questioned faster because the team doesn't have any weaknesses. For me, it is a very strong side."
