Ole Gunnar Solskjaer praises two Manchester United players after win vs Crystal Palace

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said he is delighted with the telepathy between Manchester United forwards Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial after they both scored again at Crystal Palace.

Rashford and Martial netted United's goals for the second successive game in the 2-0 win at Crystal Palace, where the duo took their seasonal tallies up to 22.

"Marcus is just enjoying himself," Solskjaer said. "Enjoying his football. Him and Anthony together link really well off each other and when I can see those boys, with that body language of smiling and positive, I'm delighted."

United extended their unbeaten run to 19 at Selhurst Park but their performance was unconvincing and Palace were unhappy Wilfried Zaha was denied a penalty following a tangle with Victor Lindelof with the game goalless.

Jordan Ayew thought he had equalised in the second but the Video Assistant Referee found his toe to be offside and the goal was disallowed. David de Gea made four fine saves to record United's 13th clean sheet in their last 19 games and Solskjaer was unsurprised by the test Palace posed.

"You don't expect anything else from a Roy Hodgson team; well organised, some very good individuals out there and you can see them enjoy themselves," Solskjaer said. "They play against Man United with no pressure, they have nothing to lose and gave us a good game.

"We didn't really get going, especially before half-time. But in moments we show what we can do and it's great to watch that tempo when the ball goes forward, the runs go forward, movement of the ball, so two fantastic goals.

"I've seen [the Zaha-Lindelof incident] and it seems like Victor gets the ball and they tangle their feet. I think that's OK what they do there."
