Ole Gunnar Solskjaer makes Man Utd transfer declaration amid Bruno Fernandes link

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits he's in the market for more players with the "X-factor" as he looks to strengthen his Manchester United side ahead of the new season.

The Red Devils have already landed Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Swansea City and Crystal Palace respectively this summer, but have been linked to a number of other players.

Solskjaer did little to quell the speculation suggesting United will make more signings.

Instead, he openly admitted he's after "good players and good people" who possess "quality and speed".

The Norwegian said: "It doesn't matter if they are English, Norwegian, French, Brazilian. You just want good players and good people.

"Quality and speed, of course, is a big thing in football nowadays. The more X-factors you have in a team, the better you are."

Paul Pogba's future remains uncertain, and Portugal international Fernandes has been tipped to complete a big-money move to United from Sporting Lisbon.

The Red Devils also reportedly have their eye on Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic as well as long-term target Harry Maguire.
