Ole Gunnar Solskjaer highlighted the "bad decisions" his Manchester United side made in allowing Everton to equalise in their 1-1 draw on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues found themselves behind at the interval at Old Trafford thanks to a strike towards the end of the first 45 minutes from Anthony Martial.
However, Rafa Benitez's squad rallied in the second period and drew level thanks to a fantastic counter-attack - with Andros Townsend providing the finishing touch for his fifth goal of the season.
Solskjaer believes his side should have done better in defending that chance and admitted he knew about the danger of Everton from last season's match against the Blues.

The United boss remarked: "We did have enough players behind the ball, we made a couple of bad decisions which cost us in those ten seconds or whatever it fell.
"We were organised well enough behind the ball, but we should have dealt with the danger better.
"Today we dominated the game, we just couldn't get that second goal that you need in games like this. Everton, as we knew from last season, can score a goal from nowhere.
"It was about the counter-attack that they threw at us. We were well enough organised, we should have dealt with the situation a lot better.
"You can focus on dropping deeper and allowing them to have the ball, today we had 75% possession or whatever it was, and we got hit on one break there that cost us.
"And, we lacked that important cutting edge to get the second goal."

Solskjaer made five changes to his line-up to face Everton on Saturday, including leaving Cristiano Ronaldo on the bench.
However, the United manager didn't regret the decision, despite bringing on the Portugal international just before the hour mark.
"No, you make decisions throughout a long, long season," he added.
"You've got to manage the players' workload, and the decision was the correct one for me today.
"Anthony Martial came in and scored a good goal, Edinson [Cavani] needed minutes and he got an hour. We have to make those decisions at times."
