Ole Gunnar Solskjaer bemoaned Manchester United's game management in the dying embers of their 3-3 draw with Everton.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin pounced in the 95th minute to secure a point for Everton as United conceded from yet another set-piece this season.
Southampton, Paris Saint-Germain (twice), West Ham, Sheffield United, Leeds and Manchester City have breached United from corners this campaign and United also conceded from quickly-taken free-kicks against Tottenham and Aston Villa.
Everton and City scored decisive goals at Old Trafford from free-kicks hoiked in from the far side of the pitch and Harry Maguire and David de Gea were criticised for their roles in Calvert-Lewin's leveller.
Maguire dropped deep to ensure all of the Everton players were onside and De Gea feebly failed to smother the loose ball when it fell to Calvert-Lewin.
"We know that many teams in the Premier League have got good players and Everton more than others," Solskjaer said. "And when you give them the chance to even put the 'keeper up there - it was 10 men up there, one that launched it into the box - it's about staying high, winning the first challenge, of course, if you don't stay up on the line and clear it.
"And we just couldn't manage. But it happened before that, we should have played the minute out better.
"When you're in the 94th minute and you're winning the game I think it feels worse when you concede in the last minute. In the first five minutes of the second-half they were hard to take but the rest of the second-half we played some very good football and we should have been out of sight, really
"Football is about getting the ball into one net and keeping it out of the other and we didn't manage to keep it out, that's what cost us.
"We played some very, very good stuff and you can sit and you can talk about the good performance, the domination, the possession or the chances we had but we've come away with only one point."
