Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he has seen "plenty of positives" to convince him Man Utd will see the best of Paul Pogba at Old Trafford.
The Frenchman is under increased scrutiny after an indifferent start to the season, with his latest error costing his side against Arsenal.
Pogba was penalised for a clumsy and needless foul on Gunners full-back Hector Bellerin inside the box, allowing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang the chance to score the winner from the spot.
His mistake came just days after Pogba showed flashes of his talent against Red Bull Leipzig which hinted he was on the right path to finding his best form.
Before the game, former United captain Roy Keane laid into the midfielder on Sky Sports , blasting: "Pogba's performances over the last few years for United to me haven't been good enough. It's as simple as that.

"We talk about energy but you need more than energy in midfield for Man United. You need creativity. You need lads with a bit of character and heart.
"For all Pogba's talent, he should be in the team, but he doesn't do enough. He doesn't do the other side of the game."
But United boss Solskjaer has disagreed with his former teammate Keane, and defended Pogba's recent performances.
Speaking in a press conference on Tuesday (as reports MEN ), Solskjaer was posed the prospect of Pogba never fulfilling his potential at the club.
Solskjaer replied: "Every player is frustrated after the [Arsenal] defeat. We need consistency from every one of our players.
"Paul has had a difficult period with injury, with COVID, so I think we have seen plenty of positives."
Pogba put his error down to being "out of breath", admitting: "I cost us the goal today with the penalty. Like I say, details. We have to do better, the team, myself, it starts with me.
Will United challenge for the title this season? Have your say below.

“I felt like I touched him a bit, I knew I was in the box, I shouldn’t have given a penalty away like that.
“Maybe I was a bit out of breath, it made me do this stupid mistake. I will learn from that, I’m not the best defensively in the box, I can work on that."
Asked his thoughts on Pogba's penalty gaffe, Solskjaer added: "Paul knows that exact incident he could have dealt better. That is how it is in football, high tempo."
