The oldest pub in Merchant Square is up for sale.
Owners of Bar Square on Bell Street are looking for people to take over their business, based in Glasgow's Merchant City.
Located on the iconic Merchant Square, Bar Square is known for serving pub grub along with a selection of craft beers, spirits and cocktails from 9am until late.
Few wannabe bar owners would turn down the opportunity to spend their days in Glasgow's swanky Merchant City, and from the outside this one seems to fit the bill.
But this place is also enormous inside - boasting 180 covers and an indoor courtyard space.
The bar is offering a long lease rental opportunity right up until 2038.
The ad reads: "The property is located within the iconic Merchant Square that hosts a number of contemporary pubs and restaurants.
"The main entrance is off from the street allowing direct access to the establishment. A further entrance/exit leads directly into the main courtyard area where all the other venues can be accessed.
