A new survey has revealed that while older women have less sex than millennials, they have twice as many orgasms .
The survey by Lovehoney asked 2,100 people about the sexual behaviour, to celebrate Sexual Happiness Day on April 21.
It revealed that 39% of women aged 18-25 are having sex more than twice a week - double the frequency in the over-45 age group.

However, 63% of women aged over 45 said they always have an orgasm during sex, compared to just 36% of millennials.
The older group also reported far higher levels of sexual satisfaction than younger people.
A Lovehoney spokesperson said: “It is great to see Millennials are having sex far more frequently than previous research has suggested.

“They are using sex positively to boost their levels of self-confidence and escape the stresses of modern life.
“However, they could certainly learn a trick or two from older people about increasing their levels of sexual satisfaction and orgasm frequency.
“The extremely high scores for sexual happiness in the over-45s show how experience can enhance stimulation and improve bedroom performance.”
