Old photograph shows that not much has changed in 24 years at Prestwick Cross

The Prestwick nightlife has changed a fair bit since 1995.

The thought of the high street being the lively entertainment hot spot that it is now would have been unthinkable back then.

But the same cannot be said for Prestwick Cross, which has hardly changed a bit in 24 years.

This photo was taken on June 26 1995.

But 24 years later the Red Lion boozer, Post Office and the newsagent all continue to thrive.
