Old Firm fans set for treat as Celtic and Rangers legends Frank McAvennie and Mark Hateley to host night in Prestwick

Old Firm fans in Ayrshire are set for a huge night this February as Vic’s presents an evening with Frank McAvennie and Mark Hateley.

Taking place on Thursday, February 13, the two legends of Scottish football are welcomed to Vic’s to regale guests with tales from their time at the top with Celtic and Rangers respectively.

Hosted by former Rangers director John Gilligan, those in attendance will get the unique chance to meet, greet and get their questions answered by two greats of the game.

Included with the £15 ticket, guests will also be able to enjoy a pie and a pint of Tenants tank lager, with Vic’s the first venue in Ayrshire to serve fresh, unpasteurised tank beer straight from the Glasgow brewery.

Holli Kerr, Vic’s & The Vine General Manager, said: “We are proud to present our special guests, Frank McAvennie and Mark Hateley, on what is set to be both an informative and hilarious evening here at Vic’s, with two of the most recognisable faces of Scottish football.

“The event, part of our series welcoming sporting stars past and present to Vic’s, is set to be a highlight on the calendar, providing a fantastic insight into their respective playing careers and we are looking forward to hosting football fans throughout Ayrshire and beyond on the night.”

Vic’s, Buzzworks modern take on a traditional pub, showcases live sport and entertainment seven days a week, including opening to 2.30am on weekends.
