Old episodes of The Jeremy Kyle Show deleted from ITV Hub following death of guest

Old episodes of The Jeremy Kyle Show have been deleted from ITV's internet streaming site hours after the show was pulled following the death of a guest.

The ITV programme, which is filmed at Salford's MediaCity , was absent from today's (May 13) schedule.

It was then announced that the show had been suspended indefinitely after a guest died following filming.

There is now no trace of the popular programme found on ITV Hub.

In an statement, show bosses said they had taken the decision not to air the episode after news of the tragic death broke.

The Jeremy Kyle Show's official YouTube account is still live and has clips from the programme available to watch.

An spokeswoman for the channel said: "Everyone at ITV and The Jeremy Kyle Show is shocked and saddened at the news of the death of a participant in the show a week after the recording of the episode they featured in and our thoughts are with their family and friends.

"ITV will not screen the episode in which they featured.

"Given the seriousness of this event, ITV has also decided to suspend both filming and broadcasting of The Jeremy Kyle Show with immediate effect in order to give it time to conduct a review of this episode of the show."
