Ola Jordan has revealed the one thing about being overweight which affected her sex life.
The mum-of-one, 40, who is 5ft 3, was told she was "obese" at size 14 after giving birth to her daughter Ella, now two.
The Strictly star has now dropped three sizes in three months, but says her previous weight gain affected her sex life with husband James, 44, massively.
"Let's just say getting fit and losing nearly four stone, I've thrown away my Bridget Jones pants once and for all," she said.
"I'm wearing sexy undies again and feeling so much better about my body. James can barely keep up with me!"
Ola admitted her self esteem took a huge hit when she put on weight, revealing:"I must say for a while I avoided James seeing me in my underwear as I din't feel good about my body," reports Closer magazine.
However, she's now gone on a huge heath kick with the dancer.
The Strictly stars have shed more than seven stone between them after putting on weight when Ella was born.
The couple lost six and a half stone in total in four months with their fitness plan after they were told they were "obese" by doctors.
Ola said she was "huge" and "needed a wake up call" after she found herself swerving a party because she was worried her clothes wouldn't fit.
Speaking on Lorraine, James said: "Ella is an IVF baby and we were told that we are in the obese category.
"Ola is 5ft3 and was nearly 12st so we were in the obese category and we were told if we want another baby, we had to lose weight."
Ola went from a size eight to a size 12-14, weighing in at 11st 9lb, which she says happened after she stopped dancing and lived off junk food.
The dancer explained: "There was a party, I didn't want to dress myself and James went without me and I sat on the sofa with a glass of wine.
"It was huge and I was huge. It was a wake up call."
Ola later told MailOnline: "I'm a size eight now. I missed my old self. There's nothing wrong with admitting it."
