Oklahoma celebrates each touchdown by bringing the famed Sooner Schooner on the field, and Saturday’s home game against West Virginia was interrupted in the second quarter following a scary crash on the field.
As the two horses pulling the schooner turned back toward the endzone, the cart began to overturn, sending the passengers flying to the ground.
According to the broadcast, everyone on board the Schooner avoided injury, and the two horses were not affected.
This isn’t the first time the Schooner has hit the ground.
