The Oklahoma City Thunder announced on Saturday that they have recalled Aleksej Pokusevski and Olivier Sarr from its G League affiliate — the Oklahoma City Blue.
Sarr is currently on a second 10-day hardship deal, so it would make sense to squeeze out as many NBA minutes as possible for him before the deal expires. Meanwhile, Pokusevski has regularly gotten G League assignments throughout the entire season as it gives him a chance to play heavy minutes and be the focal point of the offense.
Both are expected to be active for the Thunder’s home game on Saturday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
