Ohio State WR Kamryn Babb suffers season-ending knee injury per reports

Some things just aren’t fair.

Highly touted OSU wide-receiver Kamryn Babb suffered a knee injury last year shortly after arriving on campus and had to sit out the entire 2018 season. His rehab was supposedly going well, and he had been excited to be a part of a deep and talented rotation at wide receiver this year.

Now, however, according to Austin Ward of Letterman Row, he has suffered another significant knee injury (reportedly and ACL for the third-straight year) that will most likely keep him out for the entire 2019 campaign as well as he goes another grueling rehab.

Not only might this year be in jeopardy, but with three ACL injuries, his entire football playing career could also be in doubt. There are no further details as to how the injury occurred, other than it happening in a “no-contact” drill.

Babb, a four-star 2017 commit out of Saint Louis, Missouri was a big get at the time for the Buckeyes. He was the No. 13 rated WR in the class and held offers from the likes of Alabama and Florida. Ohio State won that battle, but now his playing career in Columbus has been put on hold yet again.

Good luck to Babb and his future and rehab. Everyone in Buckeye Nation is pulling for you.
