In the current world in which we live, time just seems to drag. It seems like it’s been months since we’ve watched the Ohio State football team take the field. Oddly enough, it’s only been two weeks since the Buckeyes cruised to a victory over Rutgers. After a cancellation with Maryland, the wait is finally over as OSU welcomes No. 9 Indiana to town.
Usually a Big Ten football afterthought, Indiana is flying high behind quarterback Michael Penix Jr. You may remember Penix causing a stir before the season started saying he thought the Hoosiers could shock the world by beating Penn State, Michigan, and Ohio State. So far Penix is doing his part to keep IU in the conversation.
No doubt, Indiana will give Ohio State everything it’s got. The winner of Saturday’s matchup has the inside track to the Big Ten East title and one step closer to a conference championship.
