Ohio State slight underdog against Wisconsin Saturday according to BetMGM

Ohio State has a touch challenge heading to Madison to take on second-place Wisconsin on Saturday. As tough as it is, the Buckeyes could use a bounce-back win after letting one slip away against Purdue on Tuesday. OSU had that game under control and in the win column before things fell apart over the last couple of minutes.

Now, with a 5-4 record in the league and a slew of tough games coming up, Ohio State could really use a win to keep in contention for staying in the Big Ten race. A loss wouldn’t hurt postseason plans too terribly much, but it would severely dampen the team’s ability to stay in the conversation.

According to BetMGM, the Buckeyes will have to spring an upset to do so. The Badgers are ranked No. 10 in the country and are favored slightly by 4.5 points.

In a year where most Big Ten games feel like a coin-flip, it wouldn’t be the first time Ohio State sprung an upset. It already took down Illinois on the road last week, and it’ll be looking to send a statement again. And, the team will do it wearing all-black jerseys. That sure sounds like a game to watch if you ask me.
