Ohio State’s wide receiver K.J. Hill has been named to the 2019 Fred Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list. This award is handed out to college football’s most outstanding receiver annually.
Seeing Hill receive this is preseason honor is outstanding. After not playing his freshman season, Hill will be entering his last eligible season and is only 48 catches away from becoming the all-time receptions leader in school history.
The fifth-year senior will racked up over 880 yards last season. He was even on the field as Parris Campbell and still put up some phenomenal numbers.
That’s what a great quarterback can do, and Hill will be the main target for another top-tier QB in Justin Fields. Let’s just hope they’ll be able to find the connection it takes to lead the Buckeyes down the field.
On December 12, 2019, the Biletnikoff Award winner will be announced. It will be presented at the College Football Hall of Fame on The Home Depot College Football Awards aired on ESPN.
The only Ohio State receiver to take home the award was the late Terry Glenn in 1995.
