Ohio State receiver Austin Mack worked out with Randy Moss

Sometimes you have to find additional outlets outside the confines of formal practices to continue to get better. Show me a really good athlete who has honed is craft, and I’ll show you many scenarios of that athlete working with others outside of the parameters of normal competition.

As an example, video surfaced of former Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins working out with well-known quarterback coach Quincy Avery, DeShaun Watson and Justin Fields during some off-time last year.

But it’s not just quarterbacks. Pictures surfaced earlier this week of current wide-receiver Austin Mack going through workouts with Hall of Fame wide-receiver Randy Moss.

Now, we’re not really sure how Mack got a hold of Moss, and didn’t even know he did this sort of thing, but what better person to work with than one of the best to ever play the position. You have to be impressed by Mack’s efforts to seek these sort of opportunities and we have one phrase for you to sum up this workout session.

“Straight Cash Homey.”
