The Buckeyes continue to be active on the recruiting front. There have been multiple offers go out as of late, the latest of which is to 2020 four-star outside linebacker Cody Simon out of Jersey City, New Jersey.
The 6-1, 218 pounder is rated as the No. 14 outside linebacker and No. 187 rated overall recruit in the country according to 247Sports. He currently holds offers from Notre Dame, Miami, Nebraska, Penn State and others. He is considered a Fighting Irish lean right now, but we’ll see if that changes as things progress through the year.
The announcement of the offer from Ohio State came via Simon’s Twitter account Tuesday.
