Ohio State men’s hockey head coach Steve Rohlik discusses weekend series with Michigan State

The Ohio State men’s hockey team is officially Big Ten regular season champs, but that doesn’t mean the season is over. No, Ohio State went on a seven game winning streak that pretty much cemented things early in the season.

So, there’s still some work to do this weekend in the last regular-season series. The team has to remain sharp, still play with an edge and keep its focus as it heads down the final stretch towards the Big Ten Hockey Tournament — and beyond.

Head coach Steve Rohlik touched on those very things in a video session with reporters. See what he had to say about this weekend’s matchup with Michigan State and what his team has to do to keep things going in the right ditrection.

If you want to get a taste of the Big Ten Champs before postseason play begins, know that the two games against the Spartans will be played Friday at 6:30 PM and Saturday at 5:00 PM at Value City Arena.

Tickets are still available.
