Ohio State loses one RB to the NFL but another is heading back to school

Another collegian who had a chance to be a top-50 overall draft pick in 2024 has opted to return to the college ranks for the next year. Ohio State running back TreVeyon Henderson announced he will be back in Columbus in 2024 and will not enter the draft.

It’s a bit of a surprising move for Henderson, a highly skilled player who has had some injury issues while playing for the Buckeyes. He was ranked 66th on my latest big board and the No. 3 running back. Now, that will have to wait a year.

Buckeyes teammate Miyan Williams did announce earlier this week that he is forgoing his remaining eligibility and will enter the 2024 NFL draft. Williams projects as a Day 3 pick or priority free agent at this point.
