Hot off the press from the Ohio State football program, it has spread the word that it will be hosting an open practice for current students on Thursday, August 22. The practice will be at the ‘Shoe, with gates opening at 5:00 PM.
This continues what Urban Meyer started with being available as an extension of the university, and allowing students a forum for being more connected to the Ohio State football program.
Ryan Day has made this program his own, but continues to carry forward those things that are beneficial and now woven into the fabric of the program. Real-Life Wednesdays is one of those Meyer started and continues to grow under the new head coach, and it now appears having this free event for the students may also remain a staple.
