NEXT … The closest all-around comp to Wade
All-around Comparison: Micah Hyde
Hyde was drafted in the fifth round of the 2013 draft to the Green Bay Packers and signed with the Buffalo Bills in 2017 where he had been ever since. Hyde has been a phenomenal defensive back even earning All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors in 2017.
Wade is a better prospect than Hyde was coming out of Iowa as Wade has more athleticism and explosion, but he will be very fortunate to have the same quality career as Hyde. They are both similar in the fact that they are built like safeties and thrive on their instincts and intelligence.
Buffalo has resigned 34 year old Micah Hyde to a 1 year deal worth 2.35 million to finish his career as a Bill. Hyde has 818 tackles and 47 INTs on his career which is 5th for current players in the SML. #billsmafia #simmaddenleague

NEXT … Best former Ohio State comp
Wade’s best Buckeye Comparison: Marshon Lattimore
Lattimore was drafted in the first round of the 2017 draft to the New Orleans Saints and has been a star ever since being named to the Pro Bowl three times, earning Defensive Rookie of the Year and obviously to the All-Rookie team.
Lattimore was a better prospect coming out of Ohio State than Wade, but they both possess intriguing athleticism. The difference is Lattimore was able to use that athleticism in his transitions in coverage and Wade struggled last season tracking the receiver. But, he could put it all together at the next level and make an NFL team extremely happy with his upside and elite athleticism.
