Ohio State doesn’t move up in NFF Super 16 Poll after dominating win against Wisconsin

Ohio State hosted a Wisconsin team that has four shutouts to its credit on the year, and was statistically the best in the country. All it did (in a rainstorm mind you) was put up over 400 yards of offense and 38 points.

It apparently wasn’t enough to move the Buckeyes up in any of the rankings. Both the AP and Amway Coaches Poll kept Ohio State where it was prior to the games this weekend (No. 3 and No. 4 respectively), and now we see that the NFF Super 16 Poll has done the same — keeping the Buckeyes at No. 3 like it had them the last couple of weeks.

Ohio State did pick up two more first place votes, so it continues to sway some of the voters, but one has to believe it won’t move up any until Alabama and LSU face off on November 9.

Meanwhile, Ohio State gets to enjoy another off week before going back-to- back against Maryland and Rutgers.
