In the current reality in which we live, things can change at any moment. Michigan was supposed to take on Penn State tonight, but the Wolverines have put a two-week pause on all athletic activities due to COVID-19 concerns.
The Big Ten decided to act quickly and reschedule a game between Ohio State and Penn State that was postponed earlier in the season due to PSU’s own COVID issues.
Now, after coming off a nice road win in Madison over Wisconsin, the Buckeyes will host the Nittany Lions at Value City Arena tonight for a 7 p.m. tip. And while it may not be all that important, OSU will be wearing the throwback “Script Buckeyes” uniforms for the contest which you the fans voted for on Twitter.
This is an important game for the Buckeyes who are currently tied for fifth place in the Big Ten standings at 6-4 in conference play. While the Nittany Lions are sitting toward the bottom of the standings, they have won back-to-back games and are capable of pulling off an upset.
