Ohio State basketball’s win probability game-by-game according to ESPN

The Ohio State basketball team already has one game in the books and the contests from here on out are going to come fast and furious unless the coronavirus pandemic halts things.

Just like football, ESPN uses win probability indexes to predict what will happen with each college basketball team’s games. It’ll change throughout the season as more data points and performance are whipped into whatever equation the Basketball Percentage Index utilizes, and we’re all about keeping track of it.

As it stands right now, there are 24 remaining games on Ohio State’s schedule, and the Buckeyes are expected to win the majority of them, but as you’ll see, are pretty big underdogs in others.

We’ll continue to look at this win probability from time-to-time, but right now, here’s our first look at what ESPN says will happen with the rest of the Buckeyes’ remaining hoops games during the 2020-2021 season.
