The Ohio State basketball team is getting healthy at the right time. Former Ivy League player of the year, Seth Towns, has added a spark since being able to get on the floor and after sitting out four games from injury, and C.J. Walker made his presence felt at the point guard position this weekend.
The Buckeyes dropped a heartbreaker by letting one slip away at home against Purdue on Wednesday evening. OSU was in control most of the game, but couldn’t hold on at the end.
Memories have to be short in conference play as Ohio State then had to prepare for a tough road matchup in Madison against No. 10 Wisconsin. The Buckeyes were able to go into the Kohl Center and come out with an impressive win over the Badgers.
The Associated Press poll voters took notice and jumped the Buckeyes up two spots to No. 13, one spot ahead of Wisconsin.
